If you need to cancel your order we will do our best to do this. We don’t want to waste your time as well as saving some of the planets resources in relation to packing and fuel to get it to you.

But it will depend on how quickly you contact us. If we’ve already picked, packed and dispatched your order then I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do.

If this happens then you will have to follow our returns process.

If you change your for any reason, we offer a 21 day return policy.

However this is only for pristine items and this of course also means not worn!

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items and when we refund you, we will refund the product value. If you paid for postage, we do not refund this.

If you spend £22.50 or more in a single transaction (after discounts) then you can select free standard delivery.

Standard delivery: £2.95
Standard delivery is dispatched within 2 to 3 days plus the postage time means you should expect your parcel in about 5 days.

Express delivery: £3.95
Express delivery is dispatched the same day (orders placed by 3pm) plus the postage time means you should expect your parcel in about 3 days.

Express Plus delivery: £4.96
Express Plus delivery is dispatched the same day (orders placed by 3pm) by 24 hour courier and you should expect your parcel in 1 to 2 days.

Unfortunately we don’t currently ship outside of the United Kingdom due to the extra administrative complexities since leaving the EU.

We will continue to review this and do hope that at some point in the future we can offer international delivery.
