So, that's it - Twit-Woo Vintage Boutique has now closed!

During our time at the Leeds Corn Exchange we've had some great experiences, we've met lots of wonderful, interesting people and made genuine, good friends along the way.

But, as with all good things, it must come to an end and before we move on to our new beginnings we want to wish each of you all the best for the future and give our heartfelt thanks for your custom, support and friendship. It's been an absolute pleasure and privelege, and we'll treasure it for always.

What a difference a week makes! After Snowmageddon last week had us hunkering down under a mountain of blankets and mainlining hot chocolate, it's positively tropical today; the sun's shining; I feel like grabbing a pina colada and rocking my finest Hawaiian shirt!

Ok, so maybe that's a bit extra, but I'm in a celebratory mood anyhow, because I've been missing my Wakey Lindy Hoppers* and we're BACK tonight! Push pineapple!!!

If you've been similarly deprived and feeling ready to get some lindy hop back in your life (or if it's your first time) come along tonight - Beginners starts at 7.30pm, followed by Improvers at 8.30pm. It's £5 for one class, or £6 to do both (includes refreshments, sweets, biccies and the occasional cake!)

No partner? Don't worry about it, you don't need one! No experience? Not a problem - the Beginners class is all about you! What *do* you need? Just a smile and willingness to give it a go

Hello! We are open today, but will be closing early at 3pm, so we can get a bit of warm! (We don't have heating and there's only so long we can sit in the cold!!)

Our opening hours this week are as normal until Christmas Eve, when we will be open 10.00am - 2.00pm.

Then we're off home to put our jammies on and eat mince pies for the duration! We'll be back open as normal on 3rd January :)

Baby, it's cold outside! But is it too cold for dancing? Never!

It's a little known fact that when people start dancing Lindy Hop their bodies start to release a special chemical which enables them to create a kind of 'internal sunshine' - that's right, by dancing they can actually create their own summer! I know, it's amazing! But just watch their faces and you'll see what I mean....

Ok, so thats maybe not entirely factual, and I'm not certain about the science, but it sounds about right! What I am certain about is that Lindy Hopping is fabulously fun, can make you feel happy and absolutely will warm you up!

Find out for yourself at Wakey Lindy Hoppers tonight....and indeed every Wednesday! Beginners class starts at 7.30pm followed by Improvers at 8.30pm.

It's £5 for one class, or £6 for both and this includes refreshments (inc tea & coffee), biscuits and sweeties. And sometimes, if it's a birthday, a special occasion, or a Wednesday, we have cake.

Have you danced recently? I mean, like, today? Or yesterday? If the answer's 'No', then you've left it too long! My darling, those twinkle-toes need a chance to shine - everyday!

Dance in the kitchen, in the tins aisle in ASDAs, at the bus-stop, it doesn't matter where, just hear the music and move those feets.

Or, seeing as its Wednesday, you could just come along to Wakey Lindy Hoppers tonight! We think if you're going to dance, you may as well be Lindy Hopping - it's the funnest and happiest of dance you can do; it has the best music and probably the best people are doing it. Obviously, we might be biased. But it's true ;)

Beginners class starts at 7.30pm followed by Improvers at 8.30pm.
