The only thing you can control in the “before” photo is consistency.
You can’t instantly change your energy levels.
You can’t magically build strength overnight.
You can’t fast-track confidence.
You can’t force results.
But you can show up.
Day after day.
Workout after workout.
Choice after choice.
Consistency is the one thing that turns “before” into “after.”
Everything else—strength, fitness, confidence, energy, and the way you feel about yourself—is simply the result of repeatedly keeping the promise you made to yourself.
