My lovely neighbour Tom is cooking up a storm this weekend with Decatur Tilbury Yard a bit further down in the carpark

Expect cooking over a massive BBQ with Decatur classics like chargrilled oysters along with a small menu of British seafood and prime cuts 🥩 with their Cajun flair.
The Tilbury yard crew Leyton Calling are providing drinks and DJ and general good vibes

Get over there at 3pm on Friday to get in there first, we expect this to sell out fast!
5pm - 10pm Friday
12pm - 10pm (but probably earlier if we sell out) Saturday

Anyone know if the iconic cobbler on Francis Road is closing? We’ve loved this spot and stories of restoring, reviving and repairing shoes, bags, belts and other leather goods (and feeling that you’re time travelling when you step inside). This craftsman and cobbler has been servicing the area for years and had fair flow of random requests - he’s even had to tell folk that their beloved designer bag they wanted fixed was indeed a fake 😳 Any details then let us know and share your stories of this old school spot ⬇️

Farha offer speciality coffee (for the coffee enthusiasts - this includes pour overs and filters). Now offering a brunch menu for weekends and casual bites/bakery goods in the weekday. Open Thursday to Sunday, we’ve seen queues already for their pastries alone. We love .london they furnish the homes of women and children experiencing furniture poverty using items that would otherwise end up on landfill. Those leaving domestic abuse are often left with no furnishings and with minimal finances.
This weekend May 30th
are hosting a Spring Sale .london in Argyll Way next to and 🙏🏼

The items for sale include furniture, candles, homeware, lighting, body/bath oils garden furniture etc from brands like and lots of brands are 75% off🚨 all proceeds from the sale go are in aid of work.
Suggested £5 entry which goes to the cause
