It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.. just felt like he was doing a magic trick like pulling something out of a hat. 🙈
I’m glad it’s all done with and one less thing to have attached to me.

Todays been a good day! I got back to teaching two lovely one to ones and it felt great ❤️
This morning lovely Amelia started making a fabric summer skirt and will finish that next week. And this afternoon Millie continued with her funky patchwork quilt. Was lovely to be back teaching in my little creative room. I look forward to more upcoming sessions ❤️

This week should be a positive week.. I’m getting my PD catheter removed on Thursday. Which I am very excited about! It sounds like it’s not going to be fun procedure and another Im wide awake for (just used to it all now) but it means one less tube coming out of me!
I’m hoping to get back to some teaching this week too. I’ve been missing it and I think it’ll help with my mental health massively.
So yeah please send puppy photos on Thursday to get me through another day at the hospital. Thank you ❤️

A few weeks ago I spent a joyful day at at Nicholas CE Primary school teaching the children how hand embroider gorgeous felt bags. The children practised different stitches and how to attach embellishments and buttons, then went onto designing and then creating the real thing. It was a very creative room and a joy to teach. Whilst at my hemo dialysis I’ve been keeping my mind busy with some hand sewing. I’ve been sewing up felt cactus plants and hoping to sell them. They are £15 each and can be made to order with certain colours in mind. They were very fun to make and ideal for anyone who can’t keep plants alive 😂 🌵🌸
