As much as I love living in Jersey, it can be a fu***ng nightmare getting specialist supplies at times. So today I went to SoHo, London to get some Japanese engineered thread to complete these Rashguards. For premium quality gear that can withstand pressure, sometimes you just have to go to the source.

Many things in life look easier on the outside but the reality is failure, get back up and try again, fail, get up and try again and so on. None of this s**t comes easy but we keep going💪

I’ve not been sat idle these last few months, in fact the Guangdong Provence factories workers are putting in less graft recently 🥵.
But it’s all coming along nicely and will be totally worth it. Looking forward to getting these out and showing you the real meaning of “Premium” rather than an overused buzzword used to disguise any old s**te and hope you don’t bother to look inside.
I chose this Italian fabric because it has superior shape retention, durability, opacity when stretched and doesn’t smell like a badgers arse when you’ve trained in it a few times like polyester.

After a load of customs bo****ks and waiting for weeks I finally get my hands on my next roll of the good stuff. This material is superior to polyester due to resistance to pilling, shape retention, not going see through when stretched, and its resistance to bad smells that polyester suffers after several wears.

This is the easiest and most satisfying part of constructing the Rash Guard. Each one gets easier than the last. Spent fu***ng hundreds of hours learning this craft but worth it.
Having been forced down this route after being bitten in the Alibaba swamp I can see this is how it was always meant to go.
