01.01.26 8am first training of this year!!! 2026 target: 300 sessions… 50 rowing sessions, 50 runs, 100 gym sessions (weights and CrossFit), 100 padel sessions. 2026 Competitions TBC. A few things in mind but nothing booked.

15th Wedding Anniversary today!!!
Look what we had done together... more than I could have ever possibly imagined.. Guangzou, Sydney, London, Shanghai, back to London... three amazing offsprings, 3rd house soon 😂😂, countless countries visited, zilions of crazy situations together but do you know what I am most proud of?? How we overcame challenges, some of them nearly broke us apart but how is famous phrase from Nietzsche? What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger and that is exactly what happened to us!!! ❤️❤️ Ad Maiora Amo
