Summer dressing is all about staying cool, whether you’re commuting on busy London trains or spending the day by the beach in Greece.

When tailoring isn’t required but you still want to look put together, we favour crisp linen cloths that crease beautifully throughout the day and remain breathable enough to wear comfortably in the heat. We use linens from Spence Bryson, woven in Northern Ireland, for their dry handle and character. In versatile neutral shades, they look elegant without ever feeling overdressed.

Equally well suited to warmer weather, cotton trousers are another easy way to dress more casually while still looking the part. Ours are made using cloths woven by Brisbane Moss and come in a range of understated colours that pair naturally with striped T-shirts, polos and casual shirts. Introducing Our Richmond Summer Lookbook

For our summer lookbook, Richmond felt like the right place. Long afternoons by the river, green parks, and the unpredictable weather that can shift from sunshine to grey skies within the hour provided the perfect backdrop for our latest collection of fresco wool, cotton and linen trousers.

This campaign is built around easy summer dressing, for the city and holidays alike. More tailored looks with our wool trousers are paired alongside more relaxed outfits with polos and t-shirts for the cottons and linens. The lookbook reflects the versatility of proper trousers and the capsule wardrobe that goes with them, for the season ahead.

Second Part Of Our Summer Collection - Now Available

The second part of our summer collection is now available. This time, we focused on cotton trousers using new cloths from Brisbane Moss, softer and with a more matte finish for a more casual look, but still inimitably Kit Blake in our pleated styles. Additionally, the brown Fresco wool cloth from Hardy Minnis, which quickly became a client favourite, is now also available in the Aleks, while the Duke is now available in dark grey tropical wool from Vitale Barberis Canonico.
