Honestly, we’re lucky. We get to do what we actually care about — getting decent kit into people’s homes and helping them get strong without paying through the nose for a gym membership.

Right now we’re shifting RDX boxing and MMA stuff, and recycled activewear. Every order we move funds what comes next.

Real talk though: we’re ploughing everything back into our patent-pending Aerobic Stepper. Pair it with resistance bands and you’ve got something special. One compact unit. Full-body work. Strength and cardio sorted. No half measures.

This isn’t trend chasing. I saw the problem myself — people want home gyms that actually work. Don’t cost a fortune. Don’t turn your living room into a warehouse.

We’ve built the base now. You’re helping us create what affordable home fitness should actually be.

Genuinely grateful you’re backing this. We know it.❤️

Single arm rows with 25kg — one of the most underrated strength builders for home training.

Here’s why I’m having a go with these: they force each side to work independently. No cheating. No compensating. Your weaker side has nowhere to hide, and that’s exactly where growth happens.

The RDX sandbag is perfect for this because the shifting weight keeps your core locked in tight. Unlike a dumbbell that feels static, the sand moves inside the bag, demanding constant stabilisation. Your obliques, your lower back, your serratus — everything fires up.

Form notes because I’m not about to let you half-rep this:

Try to keep your torso square. That’s the hard part. Your body wants to rotate toward the working side. Don’t let it. Brace your core before each rep.

Row the elbow back past your hip. Full retraction. Drive through your lats, not your arms.

Control the eccentric. Lower it slow. That’s where the damage happens.

4 sets of 10-12 per arm. Doesn’t sound like much until rep 8 when your stabilisers are screaming.

This movement translates everywhere — better posture, stronger back, more power in real-world movement. Whether you’re training at home or building serious strength on a budget, single arm rows belong in your programme.

That’s the RARP-ID approach: simple movements, real weight, real results. No fancy machines. No gimmicks.

Get the sandbag. Get to work.

Rear Delta Rows, time to fly 😂

I’m hitting 4 sets of 10 with our 25kg RDX sandbag today — and this movement is great when nice and slow. Here’s why it works.

The rear delt row demands stability. That sandbag doesn’t sit pretty in your hands like a barbell. It shifts. It moves. Your stabiliser muscles have to work harder. Your core has to brace tighter. Your posterior chain gets properly taxed.

How I’m doing it:
— Feet shoulder-width apart
— Slight knee bend, hinge from the hips
— Let the sandbag hang with neutral spine
— Drive elbows back and up, squeeze shoulder blades together at the top
— Control the descent. No bouncing. This isn’t ego lifting.
— 10 reps. Full tension. Every single rep counts.

4 sets means 40 total reps of pure posterior chain work. Your upper back and shoulders will know about it.

Why the sandbag? Barbells are predictable. Dumbbells roll. A sandbag forces your body to stabilise unstable load. That’s real strength. That’s functional. That’s what builds shoulders that actually look like you train.

Pair this with your front delts and chest work and you’ve got proportional shoulders. Balanced. Powerful. Physique-changing.

The RDX sandbag is built for home gym training. It’s portable. It’s versatile. It’s tough enough for serious work.

Get the gear. Do the work. Build the physique.

So last nights match was an interesting time in our household 😊

I’m not a major international fan anymore but if England are playing , I’ve got to take interest.

It was me against 3 (missus, daughter and son) 😂

My overall thoughts were ghana played a good defensive game and really should have had a pen at the end. England were too slow and things didn’t change until rashford came on and that’s hard for me to say being a Liverpool fan 😂 England were rubbish and Ghana deserved a draw….

What do you guys think?

Push up and drag with the 25kg RDX sandbag — one of my favourite compound moves for building serious upper body strength and core stability.

Here’s what you’re looking at: 4 sets of 10 reps, with the drag hitting both sides. This isn’t a vanity exercise. You’re working chest, shoulders, triceps, AND your core has to stabilise the entire movement. The sandbag shifts as you drag it, so your stabiliser muscles are working overtime. That’s where real functional strength comes from.

Why this works:

The push up portion builds explosive pressing power. Your chest and shoulders get loaded under tension. Then the drag? That’s where it gets interesting. You’re fighting instability, building anti-rotation core strength, and your grip has to stay locked. Switch sides, repeat. No shortcuts.

The beauty of sandbag training is the unpredictability. Unlike a barbell that’s always perfectly balanced, the sand moves inside the bag. Your nervous system has to adapt constantly. That translates to real-world strength.

4 sets of 10 is solid volume without overloading recovery. You’ll feel this for days if you’re doing it right.

If you’re training at home, a sandbag is one of the most versatile investments you can make.

No equipment excuses. No gym membership required. Just you, the bag, and the work.

Kneeling shoulder press with the 25kg sandbag. Four sets, eight reps each knee. Simple. Brutal. Effective.

Here’s why this drill matters: You’re forcing stability from a half-kneeling position. Your core can’t cheat. Your shoulders have to work harder to drive the weight up without a solid base. That’s the whole point.

Swap knees between reps to balance the load and build unilateral strength. No compensation patterns. No favoring the stronger side.

At RARP-ID, we supply this sandbag to handle exactly this kind of work. Unstable load, demanding movement, zero excuses. The shifting sand forces your stabilisers to engage every single rep. Dumbbells and barbells can’t do that.

This movement torches your shoulders and core simultaneously. Four sets will humble you. Eight reps per knee keeps the tension high without letting ego take over.

To all the Dads grinding in the gym, throwing hands at the heavy bag, and leading by example — this one’s for you.

Father’s Day isn’t just about cards and breakfast in bed. It’s about the Dads who wake up early to train before the kids need them. The ones showing their kids that discipline, strength, and consistency actually matter. The ones who show up, day after day, because they want to be strong — not just physically, but for the people depending on them.

I get it. Being a Dad changes your training. Suddenly it’s not about chasing a six-pack. It’s about having the energy to play with your kids, the strength to carry them on your shoulders, and the resilience to be what your family needs.

That’s the real ripped. That’s the real flex.

Whether you’re smashing a session at home, hitting the heavy bag with your RDX gloves, or grinding however your schedule allows — you’re doing it right. Every rep counts. Your kids are watching.

Keep showing up. Keep being strong. Keep being the example.

Happy Father’s Day to every Dad who refuses to quit.

Now get back to work.

Building this chest from intensity and intention. Here’s the close grip sandbag press—my go-to for real pec development.

Why close grip? It locks your chest into constant tension. Wider grip and your shoulders steal the show. Close grip means your chest does the work.

4 sets of 12 reps. But here’s what actually matters—control the descent. 2-4 seconds lowering. Sounds slow? That’s where results happen. Your pecs aren’t built going up. They’re built coming down when you’re fighting gravity.

What I’m doing:
- Feet planted, core braced (non-negotiable)
- Grip inside shoulder width
- Lower with intention, squeeze like you’re cracking a walnut with your pecks
- Full stop at the bottom, then explode up
- Repeat until you feel that burn

The sandbag forces stabilisation. Unlike a barbell, the weight shifts. Your stabilisers work overtime. Better activation, better chest development.

I started RARP-ID because home gym training shouldn’t mean compromise. You get the same results as any commercial gym when you use proper equipment and proper intensity.

4 sets. 12 reps. Control the eccentric. Feel the difference.

Your chest is waiting.

I’ve been doing sandbag high pulls every morning for a few months now and honestly, it’s changed the game for me. Not just a movement—it’s a full-body wake-up call. Your traps, shoulders, core all firing at once.

Here’s what I do: 4 sets of 8 reps. Speed means nothing if your form’s sloppy. I’m lowering for 2-4 seconds every single rep—that’s where the real strength happens. Rush it and you’re just shifting weight around.

Why sandbag over dumbbells? Simple. The load’s unstable. Sand shifts. Your stabiliser muscles have to work harder to keep you honest. That’s functional. That’s useful in real life.

I’ve added the RDX Sandbag into our system because you don’t need a fancy gym. You need your living room and something heavy. That’s it.

Start heavy enough that rep 8 actually feels hard. If you’re cruising, add load. No shortcuts.

Film yourself. Check the eccentric. Those 2-4 seconds are doing more work than you think.

We’re not here to play it safe.

At RARP-ID Fitness, I built this company on three non-negotiables: honest pricing, elite gear, and giving a damn about the planet.

We supply RDX — full stop. When you’re holding those Pro Fight Gloves or Grappling Gloves, you’re holding what the best fighters train in. No compromises. No shortcuts. Just proven performance that’s been tested in the ring and the gym by people who know the difference.

Our home gym equipment? Engineered for real results in small spaces. Price it fairly so you can actually afford to get strong. Simple. Fitness should not be expensive.

And our activewear — this is where it gets good. We could slap a premium price tag on anything with “eco” attached. Instead, we source recycled materials, craft pieces that actually work for your body, and keep the cost real. Your Yoga Shorts, Sports Bra, Leggings — they’re made to last, made from what would otherwise end up in landfill, and made at a price that doesn’t make you second-guess the purchase.

That’s integrity. That’s what we’re proud of.

Quality. Affordability. RDX excellence. Planet-first materials.

No fluff. Just what matters.
