The wonderful contacted me a few weeks ago to see if I could make her custom jersey dreams come true in time for festival season 🕺🏽

This was such an exciting way to exercise my design to product skills, and experiment with shirring non-conventional fabrics!

P.s. I can’t stop shirring everything now, why is it so fun??

Because one wasn’t enough 🤭

As much as I loved knitting the previous cardigan with ‘s Spinning Kaleidoscope Yarn, I wanted a more neutral version and a change from the V-neck silhouette. Soooo, I made this one!

This is probably my most frequently worn cardigan now 🥹 and the oversized fit is just 🤌🏽

P.s. this was my first project using the Saddle Shoulder technique!

This was my first EVER knit project!

I followed the pattern by around 6 months ago as my first attempt at knitting a wearable and I’m still in love with the finished product 🥹

This gorgeous yarn is from in shade “Brighten me up” which couldn’t be more appropriately named ☀️
