We started by looking at her lifestyle and what kind of clothes she feels comfortable in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☝🏻It's imperative to find the right balance between current fashion trends and what compliments your body shape and your natural colours.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fabrics play an important role here too. Designers might have different opinions on what to look for in fabrics. Our creative team thinks the fabric's functionality has to go hand to hand with the right choice of colour and texture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The only constant is change

From the moment we are born, we begin to change and this continues until our last breath. It's not just our bodies, but also our desires, priorities, attitudes that change.

Some people's behaviour is motivated by simply fearing change...but it doesn't last. Keeping still is an illusion.

Some changes happen in an instant, loss of a job, getting unwell, meeting 'the ONE', but other changes are subtle, like ninjas they creep along and you only realise what is happening once it really 'bites you'.

Sometimes it's the fact that you're so busy all the time, looking after others that you don't really focus on yourself, on the deterioration of circumstances, of health, of your own self. It's changed, you see - you've changed.

But where there is a change, there is opportunity. Opportunity to renew, to re-engage, to find balance and health.

The key is to find that among the turmoil and adjustments there is an opportunity for a change...for the better....and to take action.

"Many of us talk about a morning routine, but my evening routine is equally important to me", Maria Hatzistefnis, a founder of a beauty empire, shared her lifestyle and survival tips.
She is more open in front of an audience than her books. She is not trying to portray herself as a super-woman, as someone who can manage it all. She talked about a lack of social life: that was a deliberate choice to spend more time with her family and keep the focus on her business.
🙌Her message is profound: everything takes time, and if you are patient enough, you will get what you want. Most important is the belief that everything will be OK.🙏

The audience was asking questions about cash flow management, business funding etc. 💪
I could only think of one thing: it is OK not to be OK, that's fine not to have all together at all times. As long as we believe that at the end of the day, everything will turn out fine...
