Going to one of my favourite restaurants the other day, I experienced first hand how important it is to personally connect with your customer vs simply offering a good serviceβ¦
Fact is, everyone is aiming to offer a good serviceβ¦ BUTβ¦
Only a few understand that it is actually THE EXPERIENCE that matters.
So, what happened you might wonder?
Wellβ¦ long story shortβ¦
It unexpectedly started raining very, very heavily and I ended up being stuck at the restaurant without an umbrella with all my electronics at hand, not able to step outside and get to my next meetingβ¦ after waiting for (what seemed a lifetime) for the rain to pass, my only option seemed to step outside into the rainβ¦ So I asked the restaurant if they had a bag for me to protect my iPad, chargers etcβ¦ and on that note, the restaurant handed me an umbrella saying ββ¦here you goβ¦please take one of our umbrellas, you can simply return it to us on your next visitβ¦β ππβοΈ
Wowβ¦ how nice was this! βΊοΈ
Acknowledging what their customer wants and actually giving them what they NEED is a true game changer! π€ππ»
It creates a positive surprise, builds a personal and extraordinary connection which enhances the overall experience and really makes your business stand out! ππ

Implementing an excellent bridal journey from start to finish (and I mean from first getting noticed by brides to handing over the finished, altered gown) is one of the key aspect that sets successful bridal businesses apart, and then, only then a store can truly become outstanding and close sales more effortlesslyβ¦ offering amazing bridal experiences that convert. ππ»βΊοΈππ
It is incredible how such a small gesture has added to my personal experience and value as a customerβ¦ and I hope this inspires bridal businesses to focus on βexperience over serviceβ when attracting and serving their brides as wellβ¦ π€πππ
