...from a $1.5K dress sale to a $4K day... 🥳

Who else remembers their 1st sale and how far you've come?!🎉

Easter and Spring Break are definitely one of those holidays that make us pause, look around and count all the beautiful blessings in our lives.🙏

Especially as business owners, we are always so busy 'running' towards our next goal, 'chasing' our next milestone, the next thing to tick off our to-do-list.. that sometimes we forget to just pause and simply appreciate how far we've already come.😊

So this year, besides - of course - feeling grateful for my little ones, my family and friends, my mentors and mentoring bridal stores, health and happiness which are most important to me... I also feel truly grateful to MYSELF! 🥲😇

I have realised that especially this past year I have pushed myself so hard towards my own personal and professional growth.. that (instead of always being 'our own biggest critic' and chasing what we don't have..) it's important to remember what we've accomplished so far and how proud and grateful we can be for our own daily achievements, no matter how big or small they may be..

So this is me...😊

Easter 2013:

I remember when I first started selling my very first bridal gowns and bootstrapping my bridal business in London...☺️ I was actually making a loss at times, just to deliver the most perfect dress to my brides and establish myself in the market.. 👗

Easter 2023:

Today, I have completely transformed my bridal business and am aiming for consistent 5-figures+ each month whilst also helping other bridal stores to sell more dresses effortlessly.

I will always remember THIS…👇🏻☺️💕😊

Going to one of my favourite restaurants the other day, I experienced first hand how important it is to personally connect with your customer vs simply offering a good service…

Fact is, everyone is aiming to offer a good service… BUT…

Only a few understand that it is actually THE EXPERIENCE that matters.

So, what happened you might wonder?

Well… long story short…

It unexpectedly started raining very, very heavily and I ended up being stuck at the restaurant without an umbrella with all my electronics at hand, not able to step outside and get to my next meeting… after waiting for (what seemed a lifetime) for the rain to pass, my only option seemed to step outside into the rain… So I asked the restaurant if they had a bag for me to protect my iPad, chargers etc… and on that note, the restaurant handed me an umbrella saying ‘…here you go…please take one of our umbrellas, you can simply return it to us on your next visit…’ 😊💕☔️

Wow… how nice was this! ☺️

Acknowledging what their customer wants and actually giving them what they NEED is a true game changer! 🤗🙌🏻

It creates a positive surprise, builds a personal and extraordinary connection which enhances the overall experience and really makes your business stand out! 😊👗

In Bridal this has become more important than ever! 👗😊💕

Brides want to feel understood and taken care of in unexpected ways when choosing their wedding dress shopping experience at a particular store.

Implementing an excellent bridal journey from start to finish (and I mean from first getting noticed by brides to handing over the finished, altered gown) is one of the key aspect that sets successful bridal businesses apart, and then, only then a store can truly become outstanding and close sales more effortlessly… offering amazing bridal experiences that convert. 🙌🏻☺️👗💕

It is incredible how such a small gesture has added to my personal experience and value as a customer… and I hope this inspires bridal businesses to focus on ‘experience over service’ when attracting and serving their brides as well… 🤗💕👗😊

Something my millionaire mentor has taught me.. ‘enjoy the process and disconnect from the outcome (the sale)’.

Something I am telling you.. ‘focus on the experience, creating that personal connection and emotional bond with your brides, so they have the best time choosing their dress in your store’. 😊👗💕

Pro Tip here: The experience starts from ‘getting noticed’ by your perfect customer and setting yourself up for success before the bride even enters your store! 😊👗 They have to want to buy their dress from you / from your store before they even come in for their appointment. 😉👍🏻👗☺️

This is something I am teaching my mentoring stores around the world and part of the high converting bridal experience we are implementing internationally now.. 😊💕👗

And it’s working like a treat! 🤗👗👍🏻

Truth be told…

I have never earned this much money in my bridal business before…

But the journey towards consistent 5-figures+ months requires

> taking a leap of faith
> investing in myself
> seeking mentorship

> and a mindset shift.
