Thanks for this experience and for me being able to say to my mum "I performed at Miss India UK 2018" when she asked what else I did on my birthday last week 😊 Not many things surprise her any more.
And Congratulations!!!! You didn't tell me you were actually going to win when you asjed me to help!! Wow!!
Well done!! There were a lot of talented contestants on the night but you totally deserve it. I hope the acro helped some how, you did amazing especially considering the amount of practice time you had. .. Good luck with Miss India Worldwide this weekend, sorry I can't be in New York!! Very excited to be teaching from Saturday 27th October for a early evening class at 5pm. What better way to relax and unwind after completing your Saturday jobs or after and afternoon exploring Stamford shops.
Zen Yoga will combine eastern zen practices with a hatha based class
( and the occasional flow) to bring mindfulness to the body and unblock energy leaving you recharged and refreshed to deal with the everyday distractions of modern life
