Behind every design is a hundred tiny decisions.

I’ve realised that creating something isn’t just about the final piece, it’s about obsessing over all the little details along the way.

These serpent trims have been part of the Medusa vision from the beginning 🐍 The emerald green eyes, the finish, the weight, the little details… every decision was made with the same intention as the bikini itself.

It’s one of those details that most people might never think twice about, but for me, it’s a reminder that the whole design journey is built from moments like these ✍️

Fun fact this was the very first swimwear design I ever sketched but wasn’t the first one I made! I found myself coming back to it time and time again, which I think clearly said it was special and I had to get it made! 🐍🪡

There were so many ideas, so much experimenting, and so much learning between these first drawings and the final piece.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving this part of the process.. the messy mood boards, the sketches, the changes, and all the little moments that happen long before anyone sees the finished design.

Every collection starts with an idea. This one started here. ✨
