A packet of ci******es, a bottle of soy sauce, a pot of instant noodles and a bottle of hot sauce. Not your usual line-up of fragrance diffusers.

Sandalwood crème, yuzu and other unexpected scents, all dressed up in packaging borrowed from the kitchen cupboard (and the corner shop). The coloured reeds are a nice touch too.

New season TOM & BOY has landed, and this collection is a good one.

Inspired by Charles and Ray Eames, vintage toy packaging and childhood building blocks, AW26 Toy Department is full of oversized checks, Toile de Jouy, playful silhouettes and brilliant little details. From velvet-flocked sweatshirts to wide-leg trousers, embroidered caps and some excellent matching sets.

Three gorgeous new colours in the softest, fluffiest finish. Bright red, lilac and creamy white, and frankly, choosing just one is going to be difficult.

I may have gone a little overboard with the Christmas decorations this year, but I'm not sorry.

From protein shakes and Stanley cups to retro-inspired characters that look straight out of the 1950s, it's a wonderful mix of modern-day obsessions and old-fashioned nostalgia. All the things you never imagined hanging on a Christmas tree.

I'm a firm believer that Christmas trees should be full of personality, and that the decorations you add each year should be the ones you look forward to unpacking again and again.

The only difficult bit is choosing. 🎄

The sort of vintage toys you'd be thrilled to unearth at a car boot sale, except these are still being made in Poland by the original makers.

Pull-along dogs, ponies and poodles with chunky wheels, fabulous colours and funny little faces. All the charm of a vintage find, without having to get up at 6am on a Sunday.

Cheeseburgers, instant noodles, retro arcade machines, hot dogs, tiny astronauts and plenty more things you never knew your Christmas tree needed.

Beautifully detailed, hand-finished glass decorations that are every bit as ridiculous as they are lovely. The sort you’ll get out year after year and still be delighted by.

Excellent presents for people who are impossible to buy for. Although we won’t judge if you keep them for yourself. 🎄
