She is the CEO and founder of Lynette Couture, a fashion house that debuted at London Fashion Week in 2025, with designs centered on empowerment, diversity, and Filipino heritage.
Alongside her work in fashion, she has built a long standing career in healthcare. She serves as a Physiotherapy Technical Instructor at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, where she has worked for over a decade, following her training as a Physical Therapist in the Philippines.
Lynette Medina Thompson is recognized for her ability to lead across multiple industries while maintaining impact and purpose. Her roles in fashion, healthcare, and pageantry, along with her leadership positions in organizations such as House of MUSA and Steadfast Designs, reflect her commitment to empowerment and representation.
