Little Twidlets is a small independent store selling all things sustainable for you and your home. We started in 2015 as an online shop. With people becoming more aware of the effect of single use plastics and making the switch away from disposable products the business grew, so in 2020 we opened a shop at 1 New Road in Ludlow. We have products for the whole family, such as water bottles and coffe

e mugs. Plastic free dish brushes, reusable makeup remover pads, safety razors, locally made cards, soaps, and eco friendly deodorants. As well as reusable period protection, such as period pants. Originally the shop specialised in cloth nappies so you will find a wonderful array of super easy to use contemporary nappies. Alongside a whole range of baby and children’s items such as organic clothes, children’s tableware, wooden toys and books. I have chosen our products carefully to ensure that we are making every effort to look after the planet, most things come either minimally packed or packaging free. I am passionate about supporting other local and small businesses so you will find many of our products are designed and made in Ludlow and surrounding areas. So excited, a little bit proud and quite shocked to say that our small shop has been named one of the Nation's Favourite Businesses for 2026!

I honestly almost didnt take on the shop a year ago, I enquired, viewed it and then walked away but I kept thinking about it and at the eleventh hour went back and just managed to secure it and that was the best desission I could have made for my business because, with a lot of hard work, a bit of luck and some fantastic support Hadley Green Home is really thriving.

So thank you to everyone who has supported me, and thank you to for choosing us to be part of the Nation's Favourite Businesses

Happy Shop Birthday to us! 🎉

Honestly, what an absolute epic first year we have had. It's of course all down to the lovely people who support us, our amazing customers, our followers and our friends and my very wonderful family, so this feels like a good time to say a massive thank you to each and everyone of you 💚

Somehow I managed to drag myself away from the seaside, and I am back open in the shop.

I find it quite hard to slow down and take a holiday, but this time it was very much needed. I didn't open my laptop once, but spent the days swimming in the sea, playing card games, spending too much time in the arcade, and just hanging out with my lovely family.

Now I just need to remember where I left off so I can get started again

Unfortunately Hadley Green Home won't be on the market but our shop is open as normal on Sundays so you can find us on the High Street.

After my last post, I just wanted to say thank you for all the love, I still can't believe how lucky I am. There are always going to be good days and not such good days when you run a business but I am trying to learn from all of the days, work out what's going well and what I can improve upon and also realise that sometimes no matter what you do, there is often no rhyme or reason to make sense of and you just have to keep going.

Feeling super lucky to have such a beautiful shop but today was a tough day, the heat gets to me so much. I am for sure much more of an autumn/winter girly, roll on cooler evenings and cosy vibes.

I spent the day rearranging the shop a little, getting ready for some more incoming stock. The space is so tight, it's always a bit of a juggle but arranging the shelves is for sure one of my favourite jobs.

A little website work, always trying to stay on top of keeping it updated but always never quite getting there. Think I have come to realise it will probably never be finished as it's always evolving.

Had some good chats with a few fellow shopkeepers, done a little dusting, watered the plants and tried to stay positive because today was a long one. Longer than a random, rainy February day when I had only made two pounds and eighty pence.

I was going to close early because of the warm weather but decided to stay a little longer, just in case someone popped in. As the afternoon went on I was feeling really low when, just before closing my wonderful teenage daughter turned up out of the blue to buy something, with her own money, so that I could at least make a little something for the day.

She makes me feel so proud, I honestly cried and so although it was a tough day I do feel super lucky.
And I know tomorrow will be a better day...hopefully

Oh my it's so warm 🥵

Our shop is, understandably quiet today but that's allowed me to catch up on some admin and top of my list given the heat was to update our details on the Refill Return app

It might take a few days for us to appear on the map but just to let people know that if you need your water bottle refilling just pop in and ask and I will happily top you up from our cold tap 💧
