Motherhood can feel busy, loud and overwhelming. Playfolk Nest and Nuture is a chance to slow down, breathe, connect and simply be.

Join us every Tuesday at Richards Castle Village Hall, 10–11.15am, for a nurturing morning designed for both babies and their grown-ups 🤍

🌿 Open-ended, heuristic play for babies and toddlers (0–2 years)
🌿 A welcoming sharing circle for mums to connect and feel supported
🌿 Homemade cake and a comforting hot drink
🌿 Calm, cosy atmosphere
🌿 £8.50 per session
🌿 Discounted block bookings available

Our play space is thoughtfully created using simple, natural materials that inspire curiosity, creativity and independent exploration. No flashing lights, noisy plastic toys or overstimulation — just meaningful play at your child’s own pace.

While little ones explore, mums can enjoy a moment of connection, conversation and community with others who understand the joys and challenges of early motherhood.

A few of us from Playfolk are coming together to hold a fundraising event in support of one of our families while their baby girl, Poppy, is in Birmingham Hospital awaiting brain surgery.

Please come along and support us at our children’s and toy sale, with:
• Face painting
• Tombola
• Luxury raffle
• Teas and cakes
• Playfolk play area

If you’d like to sell any children’s items, tables are available for £10 each. Please get in touch with Alice to book — her number is on the poster.
