You've probably seen brands claim 'non-toxic' or 'clean' on a label. Almost none of them mean OEKO-TEX® certified — and there's a real difference.

Certification isn't a one-time badge. It has to be re-earned every year, garment by garment. Every component gets tested, thread, dye, elastic, trims, not just the outer fabric.

Ours is certificate 24.HGB.85075, and it's public. Look it up yourself.

Morning sun first. Then tea. Then whatever the day's training actually calls for.

This week it was push-ups and the assault bike out in the garden, then breakfast burritos with enough protein to actually recover from it. No shakes, no restriction — food that matches the effort.

Same order most mornings. Different training, different plate, same ritual. 🖤

Classical or modern? If you've taken more than one Pilates class in your life, you've probably done both without anyone telling you the difference.

They're not interchangeable, and they're not training the same thing. Classical is built on a repertoire. Modern is built on a result.

What's in a name?

When we started building the third VIREN collection, we knew what we wanted it to represent before we knew what to call it. Everyday strength. The superpower of juggling everything — a business, a family, a schedule that doesn't stop — and still carving out the hour that belongs entirely to you.

We worked with to find the right words for that brief. The result was Higher Power.

Not a spiritual statement. A recognition. Of what women do every single day without making a fuss about it.
