I couldn't find what I was looking for. So I built it.
After training I wanted something soft enough to actually rest in. Not gym kit. Not loungewear. Something designed specifically for recovery — the wind-down, the rest day, the morning before anything starts.
Everything I found fell into one of two camps. Too performance. Too casual. Nothing in between. And none of it certified to a standard I trusted.

I used to think more was always better — more sessions, more sets, more effort.

It took me a while to realise I was training hard and barely moving well.

This piece is about what shifted when I started taking 10 minutes of daily mobility seriously. Not as a warm-up. Not as an afterthought. As a practice.

The evidence surprised me. Honestly, it changed how I think about recovery entirely.
