Just occurred to me, some of you don’t have a clue who i am thought I best introduce myself after all these years 🤣

My names Kelsey, I’m a 30 year old teenager who’s usually doing something my mums told me absolutely not do…

- Im a FIRM believer that a passion fruit martini is classed as one of your 5 a day 🍸

-I find just about everything funny, I really struggle to take anything seriously, I have no sense of fear, I don’t sleep, nothing is unusual in my house & I think everything is a good idea, my kid is exactly the same too 😂

-I’m a huge animal lover, so ALWAYS bring them when collecting 🐣

Huge thank-you to everyone for all the support over the last few months, you honestly don’t know how much it’s helped us both get through it all 🩷 but it’s back to business… I have dates for the cake shed opening, a Halloween menu posting next week and dares say it, a Christmas menu I’m finalising! It’s cold now so obviously means Santa is on his way 🤣🎅🏼

Not my usual post, plus I’m to hot to think of anything funny, but gossip is spreading & I want to address the rumours, reality is I’ve spent weeks in the hospital with my boy, he went to school on a Monday morning, rushed into hospital a few hours later, his immune system attacking all blood cells, his organs all stressed & inflamed, needing emergency surgery, unable to walk, in severe pain, all of which when he already has a rare blood condition has been a extremely stressful situation.

As any working parent knows, balancing life & work is Impossible, but when it comes to something like this, my second favourite child will always come first

We’ve finally turned a corner, he’s home and I’m back In a position to start work again, messages will be replied to over the next week

Why I only do a cake design ONCE! When I say EVERY cake I make is bespoke, I mean it. Ella drew me a cake design she wanted(AGED 6!!😮) with very unique details, huntrix with only rumi in demon form wearing a certain jacket, demon saja boys with derpy, certain shades of pinks and blues, in certain order, so I hand made each & every detail, a cake is special, I will never replicate a cake design I’ve done, I’ll create something new that special to you… so bombard me with detail, draw me pictures, send me 20 minute voice notes of all your fav things, whatever you want, this will always be YOUR special cake!
