I am writing this status to formally address an ongoing issue regarding the unauthorized use of our brand name, Monstrous Attire, and the lack of support we have received from Meta/Facebook in resolving this matter.
As a brand built on originality and community, protecting our identity and our customers is our highest priority. Recently, an unauthorized entity misappropriated our brand name and domain. Despite our exhaustive efforts to resolve this through official channels, Facebook has failed to respond to any of our repeated emails, inquiries, or support tickets.

Because of this total lack of platform mediation, we are escalating the matter. A formal Cease and Desist order will be put in place to legally reclaim our rightful domain name and halt the infringement on our intellectual property. We are fully prepared to take all necessary legal avenues to protect what we have built.

We are deeply disappointed by Facebook’s complete lack of accountability and responsiveness. As a business operating on their platform, we expect a basic level of merchant and intellectual property protection. The total silence from their support team not only hinders small businesses but also creates a marketplace where brand impersonation can thrive without consequence.

We built Monstrous Attire on creativity and trust. While we are incredibly frustrated by the lack of support from Facebook, we want to assure our community that we are taking swift legal action to rectify this situation and secure our brand presence.

We want to thank our loyal customers for their continued support, vigilance, and patience as we navigate this transition. We will continue to keep you updated as the legal process moves forward.

I met Claire at Silver Scream Con in London, and we hit it off instantly while bonding over our business dreams.I’m so honored she trusted Monstrous Attire to produce the VIP tote bags and staff uniforms for her incredible event, Strange Little Obsessions. If you’re a horror fan, you definitely need to check them out!
