A little note from Moo Tots Wedding Essentials 💙

Firstly, thank you so much to every single person who has chosen to order with me. Your support over the last 8 years means the world to my small business.

As we're now in the middle of wedding season, I'd just like to ask for a little patience. My current turnaround time is 6-8 weeks, and that's in place for a reason.
It allows me to complete every order fairly and to the standard you expect.

I always aim to have proofs/designs sent within around 2 weeks, but June is one of my busiest months, so this isn't always possible.

I completely understand everyone is excited for their order, but asking to be moved to the front of the queue means someone else has to wait longer. If I keep pushing orders ahead, it delays customers who ordered before you, and that's when people understandably become upset and may think they've been forgotten or, worse, that I'm a scammer.

Every customer is important to me, and I work through orders as fairly as I can, in date order wherever possible.

Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and for supporting a small business. I promise I'm working as quickly as I can while making sure every personalised item is perfect. ❤️

​Running a small business can mean a lot of long, late hours in the studio, but moments like this make every single second worth it. I am so incredibly lucky to work with the most wonderful, thoughtful brides in the world! 🕊️
