Lynsey Walters Jewellery Lynsey studied printed textiles at Edinburgh College of Art, & went on from there to the RCA to stud

I design and make wearable wool jewellery and hair accessories inspired by my vintage collections and a quirky sense of humour. The jewellery is based loosely on an imaginary garden crossed with a delicious haberdashery shop. The work is strongly coloured and has a delightful nostalgic charm. I have been in business for 21 years since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2000 where I studie

Thank you to the Cumbrian Wool Gathering for a lovely weekend, lovely to meet lots of new customers and the great organisers as well as the people of J36. I also had the company of my fantastic sister in law Renée Lefrançois - thank you Renee!
As a non knitter I often come home empty handed from these shows but 🥳 not this time, there was a fantastic vintage stall.
Lush colour inspo from these old knitting needles! The cat biscuit barrel stayed behind I’m sure much to my families relief!
