This rip was in a black leatherette golf carry bag. It was always going to be a tricky repair, as access to actually stitch a leather patch on from behind was limited by the narrow openings, designed for slender golf clubs. However, always determined to improve, I squeezed my arm into the aperture, then carefully hand stitched. It's not perfect but it's a repair which should last 😅

This dress for a local wedding, tomorrow, was a short notice alteration. It was too long by 15 cm. So, I took it up, reinstating a fine rolled hem, and the connecting ties between fabric and lining. Finished it well before today's 6 pm deadline 😁
