How to Shop & Visit Flocking Legless 🛍️✂️

Now that our doors are officially open, we wanted to share how our "Grooming & Shopping" hours work to ensure every pup stays safe and every human gets the best service!

Because we offer a strictly 1-on-1, calm grooming experience, at the moment we can’t have the shop floor open and be grooming at the same time. To keep things consistent for you, here is how we’ve structured our day:

🛒 Guaranteed Shopping Hours: 12pm – 2pm Monday to Friday.
Between our morning and afternoon grooming slots, the shop floor is fully open! Pop in to browse the Ruffwear range, grab a hoodie, or get a free grooming assessment.

✂️ Grooming Hours: 9am – 12pm & 2pm – 5pm
During these times, I am focusing 100% of my attention on the dog on my table. For their safety and to keep the environment calm, the shop door will be closed.

✨ The "Bonus" Hours
If we don’t have a groom booked during those morning or afternoon slots, the shop floor will stay open! Keep an eye out for our "Open" sign.

Can't make it between 12-2pm? No problem!
Even if the door is closed, I am still here! Just ring our doorbell, or reach out via Phone or WhatsApp. If I can step away for a moment to help you with a Ruffwear fitting or a purchase, I absolutely will.

She finally found her Groom! 🦩💍🐾

We are thrilled to announce the union of Flock & Groom by Flocking Legless. We’ve spent 8 years dressing the humans of the world, and now it’s time to pamper their best friends. We are merging our Northwich shop with a brand-new, boutique dog grooming salon at the back within our secure courtyard. Along with dog apparel, leads, collars, shampoos you name it!

The Marriage of Style & Paws:

🐕 Matching 'Mini-Me' hoodies for them.

The shop is now CLOSED for one month whilst we finish training and we renovate the 'Chapel of Groom.'

Eight years of Flocking Legless... and it's time for our biggest pivot yet. 🦩✨

Northwich, we love being part of this high street, but footfall has been quiet, and the high street is always changing—so we’re changing with it!
We've been working on a secret project behind the scenes, planning a very special union that is going to change the face of our Northwich shop forever.

This Friday (27th March) at 4pm, we are closing the doors for one month for rennovations. Why? Because when we return, we’re bringing a whole new partner into the fold. Something we’ve never done before. Something that involves more than just hoodies... Can you guess who has swept our Flock off her feet? 💍🐾

To our friends and customers,

It is with a very heavy heart that I share the sudden passing of our loyal companion, Amber. As many of you know, she was my right-hand girl at the shop every day. We are taking a little time away to grieve this huge loss. Thank you for your kindness and for making her feel so welcome in Northwich.
