Indie dyer from Norfolk, England, producing hand painted luxury natural fibre yarns, including Alpaca, Cashmere, Silk, Camelhair and Mohair, plus quality and rare breed pure wools and blends, in finer thicknesses from 4ply down to 1ply/cobweb weights.

I've been adding some new cobweb lace yarns to the website this week. These are 50% merino wool and 50% silk, a 2/30nm weight which gives 750m in a 50g skein. Ideal for Shetland and Estonian lace designs. A favourite part of my job is to try new colour combinations. This is Mysteries of the Ocean on our Falklands Merino Light, a cobweb/fine lace weight in pure wool. I love the variations in this one and will be trying it out on other yarn bases soon.
