Our final day... 💙🇫🇷
We woke up, packed away camp for the final time, and with Mully joining us, set off on one last adventure through Paris.
Before the crowds, the traffic and the chaos, we wandered through the beautiful Château de Bagatelle gardens. Seeing the wildlife, waterfalls and peaceful surroundings gave us one last moment of calm before stepping into the incredible energy of the city.
Walking through the streets of Paris, surrounded by the stunning architecture, we made our way to the Palais de Chaillot, where we were greeted with one of the most breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. No matter how many photos you've seen, nothing prepares you for seeing it with your own eyes. It was absolutely spectacular.
Crossing over the Pont d'Iéna and into the heart of Paris, something happened that none of us expected...
Every single person who completed this challenge decided they wanted to get a tattoo.
Not because it looked cool. Not because it was planned. But because this journey, these memories, the friendships, the struggles, the laughs, the conversations, and everything we experienced together had become something none of us ever wanted to forget. It was a reminder of what can happen when you push yourself outside your comfort zone and share an experience with incredible people. The fact that everyone wanted something permanent to remember this trip by genuinely meant the world to us... and yes, every single one of us ended up getting one too.
A huge thank you also has to go to Pete.
Pete reached out to us before this challenge and spent the week documenting our entire journey, while also capturing Chris' incredible story and his 25-year journey. The amount of time, effort and passion he's put into telling these stories has been amazing, and we're so grateful.
Pete and Jim, who travelled out to meet us at the finish, also surprised us by arranging a celebratory meal at Brasserie Balzar. It was the perfect way to celebrate everything we'd achieved together.

Of course, the night couldn't end there...
The nine of us headed back out into Paris one last time. Every restaurant was packed with people watching the World Cup Final, creating an unbelievable atmosphere throughout the city. We eventually made our way back to the Eiffel Tower, this time under the night sky.
Watching it light up before the famous sparkling lights began to twinkle is something none of us will ever forget. We even managed to get underneath the tower together, laughing, joking and soaking up every last second. We think the video says it all.
As the night came to an end, we split up and headed back, crammed into taxis, singing old-school English songs at the top of our lungs. It was the perfect ending to a week that none of us wanted to finish.
This challenge was never just about cycling to Paris.
It was about proving to ourselves that we're capable of more than we think.
It was about brotherhood.
It was about opening up.
It was about supporting one another.
It was about showing that when men come together, incredible things can happen.
To every single person who rode, every single person who supported us behind the scenes, everyone who shared our journey, sent messages, donated, encouraged us, and believed in what Rise & Roam is trying to achieve...
Thank you.
You helped make this possible.
This may be the end of our Norwich to Paris adventure...
But it's only the beginning of what's next.
Until we challenge ourselves again...
