What a shocking find in the workshop today! 🤯

​I certainly wasn't expecting to open up this "all-weather" boot only to find a stitched paper midsole.
​It really makes you realize how much of the modern world is built less and less to last. When items designed to take on the elements rely on materials that disintegrate at the first sign of moisture, it highlights a wider shift toward disposable quality and cost-cutting over durability.
​Good craftsmanship means building things that endure. I have a feeling we’ll be seeing quite a few of these coming through the doors once the weather turns! 🌧️🛠️

Gone Fishing! 🛑 No cobbling this Friday & Saturday.
