🚨 Important Safety Announcement – Avionaut Pixel 3 🚨
Avionaut has announced a complimentary service action for the Pixel 3 infant car seat. This relates to a handle component that may not meet the company's internal durability standards.
Importantly, this does NOT affect your child's safety while travelling in the vehicle. When correctly installed on a compatible base or with the vehicle seat belt, the Pixel 3 continues to provide its full protective performance and remains compliant with all applicable safety regulations and certification requirements.
The issue only affects an additional component that secures the carrying handle when the seat is used for carrying a child.
If you own an Avionaut Pixel 3, here's what you need to do:
1️⃣ Email [email protected].
2️⃣ Include your serial number and contact details.
3️⃣ Let Avionaut know if you require a complimentary loan infant car seat while yours is being serviced.
4️⃣ Wait for shipping instructions from their Customer Service team.
5️⃣ Pack your seat and hand it to the courier arranged and paid for by Avionaut. If you've requested a loan seat, this will be delivered before your own seat is collected.
6️⃣ Avionaut's authorised service centre will replace the handle component and return your infant car seat as soon as the work is complete.
If you need a loan seat during the service period, Avionaut will provide one free of charge.
