Itā€™s always an honour to create a keepsake from a much missed dogs belongingsā€¦..Maxā€™s mum told me the following.

ā€œMax was my first border terrier I chose him at 3 weeks old I had set my heart on a border terrier as we wanted a family dog and I once met someone with a border and I fell in love with the breed they are amazing collected him at 9 weeks old and fell in love !!
My Max was my savior got him just before I divorced my ex husband father of my two children and he filled such a gap in my life when the kids went to their fathers as I was used to having them with me all the time he was the absolute light to my life, such a character and we where inseparable šŸ¾ when I met Dave my new husband I felt blessed as he fell in love with max and it sealed our relationship ā¤ļø everyone in the family loved him and he was a well known character where we live had many doggy friends and loved adventures especially if there was a picnic involved !!
Sadly max became poorly when he was 12 and a half and was diagnosed with Cushings disease and put on medication and just after his 13th birthday he got worse and had to have a ultrasound where they found several tumors in his liver I was advised that the surgery might not save him so I asked for a week with him to Maxā€™s bucket list and bought a dog buggy to get him out and about and we went seaside had fish and chips, spent time together just cuddling and laying with him and sadly on the 16th of May 21 myself my husband and my daughter Chloe sat with him and said goodbye the kindest but hardest goodbye ever I truly miss that beautiful boy šŸŒˆšŸ¾ itā€™s taken my a while to decide what to do with his blanket and toys and when I saw these teddies I know I had to have one for him x xā€

After having some small memory robins made from her Mumā€™s clothing Vikki placed an order for two Spaniel keepsakes.

This time I was using the remnants from the previous order with an added tartan surprise!

Hereā€™s what Vikki told meā€¦..
ā€œWe lost Dad 31 years ago and to find his hat when mum passed was a wonderful surprise.
It has meant we have something now which incorporates both of them together which is where they are both now, back togetherā€
