We are so proud to share that we will soon be offering face-to-face Heavenly Gems appointments at Christopher Snailham & Family Funeral Directors.

This is something we have wanted to offer for a long time, because we know choosing memorial jewellery can feel emotional, personal and sometimes overwhelming.

During these appointments, families will be able to:

Talk through each piece in person
View sample jewellery before choosing
Ask questions about ashes, hair, fur, handwriting and fingerprints
Get help choosing the right style, colour and finish
Have ring sizes measured correctly
Receive personal recommendations based on what they are looking for

Memorial jewellery is not just jewellery. It holds love, memory and meaning, and we want every family to feel supported when choosing something so personal.

💙 Some bonds never leave us... they simply change. 🐾

This week we had the honour of creating this beautiful Pear Shaped Memorial Ring, handcrafted using the precious fur of a much-loved dog.

For so many of us, our pets are never "just animals." They are our best friends, our comfort through difficult days, our biggest welcome home, and family in every sense of the word. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest things we ever have to do.

Every strand of fur entrusted to us is treated with the utmost care and respect. We carefully preserve it within our handcrafted resin, creating a beautiful piece of jewellery that allows their memory to remain close, wherever life takes you.

This particular piece features a stunning royal blue pear-shaped centre, delicately preserving the fur within the resin to create a truly unique tribute. No two memorial pieces are ever the same, making each one as special as the life it represents.

If you've recently lost a beloved pet, we hope this serves as a gentle reminder that although they're no longer by your side, they'll always remain in your heart. ❤️

This week we had the privilege of creating this beautiful memorial heart pendant, handcrafted with love and care to help keep someone special close every single day.

A little while after it arrived, we received this message from Craig...

"Hey Leigh, just message saying thank you. It's lovely. My Mrs is over the moon with it. Much appreciated pal ❤️"

Messages like this are exactly why Kelsey and I started Heavenly Gems. Every piece we create represents someone's story, someone's love, and someone's memories. It is a responsibility we never take for granted.
