Don’t get me wrong, I’m not really looking forward to the weather turning cold and wet, but it was certainly nice to have a cooler afternoon down in the studio. A rather productive afternoon at that - I now have 2 bags complete, 2 more in the very final stages. I absolutely love the purple grape colour 😍 which has a matching purse ready to go, I also have matching purses made to go with the yellow and pale blue bag. (Pale blue bag not pictured yet). Let’s hope my sewing mojo sticks around so I can get lots more patterns made up.🤞🏼

📣 Summer Sewing Club attendee’s! 📣

You were FABULOUS!!!

A total of SEVENTEEN cushions were made - (including 2 from our August Adult Sewing Club!) making it quite possibly the most popular project I’ve ever had on offer!

Thank you so so much for joining me in the studio this summer! It’s been such a pleasure to work with so many creative children - I hope you’ll all join us again soon.

If anyone is interested in keeping the sewing fun going - please do get in touch about some of my after school club sessions.

Lastly, any reviews here on my page would be greatly appreciated!! 🥰

Day 4 🧵✨

Today started as one of those days… the machines were misbehaving, and we began with a few nests of tangled thread to sort out! Thankfully, these little hiccups were quickly and easily fixed, and we were soon back to what we do best — sewing fun! 🪡💕

Bethany joined us for a second time and created another super cushion, this time using a fabulous mix of colours! 🌈

Sophie and Lottie chose beautiful green and pink fabrics for theirs, and both were pushed outside their comfort zones as they tackled their first BIG project — and didn’t they do amazingly?! 💚🩷

So much hard work, creativity and determination from all three!
