A huge shout out to who not only volunteered his time to support Ged, but cycled nearly 100 miles doing so, on a mountain bike too ๐Ÿคฏ and kept me sane throughout ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Itโ€™s taken 3 days and over 200 KM for this guy to show any signs of struggle, and that has only come at the end of day 3! Genuinely what an incredible human this guy is, absolutely blowing our minds ๐Ÿคฏ

Tomorrow will see Ged run from The Transpennine Highest Point all the way back to Twisted HQ, itโ€™s the run home ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป setting himself up for a phenomenal final day on Sunday.

If anyone wants to run with him locally tomorrow he will be coming back through Stockport, Chorlton Waterpark, Ashton upon Mersey and Carrington into Broadheath. Drop us a DM and we can arrange timings๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
