We’re excited to launch Twisted’s New Runners Club – a FREE 9-week beginners running programme designed to take you from walking and jogging to running with confidence.

Produced by RunTogether and British Athletics, this Couch to 5K-style programme is perfect if you’re completely new to running or looking to get back into it.

✨ What to expect:
• FREE to join
• 9 weekly sessions every Thursday
• Meet at Twisted HQ
• Led by qualified Run Leaders
• A friendly, supportive group with no pressure
• Walk a bit, jog a bit – just get moving!
