It's been a quiet start to 2026 but I've just been fabric shopping and I've got a day planned with my sewing machine very soon! Book sleeves, book marks, new style book covers and maybe a few other things hopefully coming soon.

Had a family catch up today in Bradford and we popped into Darley Street Market, every time I go to Bradford I always end up here and usually end up at Roswitha's Deli for an espresso and cannoli - the best in town!

They also had two fantastic pop up stalls today and often have markets on the square outside.

Happy New Year!

I'm very excited for the next year of Crafted By Em, I've got some ideas up my sleeve and can't wait to get them made and on my stall.

Hopefully I'll have some stall dates to announce soon! Thankfully my other half can be bribed with cake so we're also off to check out some stalls in places I've not traded at before.

Plan for 2026: craft, create some happiness and share some smiles!

I'm now officially closed for Christmas and I'll be back in the new year.

Thank you to everyone who's stopped, chatted and supported Crafted By Em this year. I have had great time and I hope I've shared some smiles. I've met some wonderful people, some amazing small businesses and crafters and genuinely had a blast.

Thank you also to my mum and other half, Nathan, for taking on part time jobs and being amazing and also my Grandmum for ideas and crafty bits ❤️

I'm looking forward to some cross stitch and cat cuddles with Mabel over the Christmas period. Our other cat Theo hasn't quite gotten the hang of crafting yet 😂

First weekend without a craft fair or craft fair prep in quite a while so I've been painting with the bestie! It's good to get out of the craft room and do something different.

Sorely tempted to buy myself some canvases and do some painting over Christmas.

We both recommend Pinot and Picasso in Leeds for a painting class! Neither of us are painters and we created a masterpiece, can't wait to hang this in my house!
