🛍️ Retail Sales Assistant
📍 Skoolkit Salisbury (Endless Street)
⏰ Shifts will be within the hours of 9.30am – 5.00pm
📅 Covering days Monday–Saturday (on rota)

We're looking for enthusiastic, approachable people who enjoy helping customers and delivering excellent service. Previous retail experience is preferred, but we're especially keen to hear from positive team players who are willing to go the extra mile.

At Skoolkit, we're proud to support local families throughout every stage of their children's school journey—from their very first school uniform to their final day at school. It's a role where you can genuinely make a difference.

What we're looking for:
✅ Excellent customer service skills
✅ A reliable and flexible approach
✅ Willingness to become a key holder on
✅ Availability to work additional hours during our busy summer season

IMPORTANT - Please note:
• Annual leave cannot be taken during the last two full weeks of August and the first full week of September due to our peak trading period.
• There is no staff parking at the store, so applicants should be able to use public transport or arrange and pay for nearby parking.

Are you an experienced retail manager who loves leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service?

Skoolkit is looking for a friendly, organised and hands-on School Uniform Shop Manager to lead our busy store in the Meridian Centre, Meridian Shopping Centre, Havant.

This is more than just a retail role – you'll be helping local families prepare for the school year, working closely with local schools, and making a real difference in your community.

What you'll be doing:
✨ Leading and motivating a customer-focused team
✨ Delivering outstanding service to parents, pupils and schools
✨ Managing stock, staffing and day-to-day shop operations
✨ Building strong relationships with our partner schools
✨ Creating a welcoming, organised and efficient shopping environment

**We're looking for someone with:**
✔ Retail management experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ A passion for customer service
✔ Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
✔ Flexibility during our busy summer period

📍 Location: Meridian Centre, Havant, Hampshire
🕒 **Full-time** (including Saturdays on a rota)
