As we approach one of our busiest times of the year, we are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of customers and orders, both online and in our retail store.

We are also running very low on certain uniform items and sizes. Please be assured that our team is working extremely hard behind the scenes. We are constantly reviewing our production schedule and stock levels, prioritising items wherever possible to get much-needed uniform back into stock as quickly as we can.

Shopping in Our Retail Store:

Our retail store remains open and our team is ready to help. However, this is an extremely busy period and some items or sizes may not currently be available in-store.

We appreciate your patience if there is a wait during busy periods. Our team will always do their best to help and advise on availability wherever possible.

Ordering Through Our Website:

You can also place your uniform order through our website. Due to the current high volume of orders, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be ready. We are working hard to complete orders as quickly as possible and hope to have the majority ready much sooner than this.

Once Your Order Is Ready:

For collection orders, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you receive this notification before travelling to the store to collect your order.

For delivery orders, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We completely understand how important it is to have everything ready for the start of school. Our whole team is working incredibly hard to fulfil orders, replenish stock and help as many families as possible.

With the recent heatwave keeping temperatures high, we had a very welcome visitor at Nationwide School Uniforms — the ice cream van! 🚐🍦

Our hardworking team have been doing a fantastic job through the hot weather, so what better way to cool down than with a nice ice cream?

Help us reunite this lost plush toy with its owner.

A customer left this in our main retail store in Spilsby this morning.

We’d love to reunite it with its rightful owner and save any tears!

We’ll be bringing the retail experience directly to the school, with our fully trained, DBS-checked team on hand to make uniform shopping easy and stress-free.

We look forward to supporting the whole school community throughout this uniform transition.

🎒 School Uniform Update – New Approved Supplier 🎒

We’re pleased to share an update about our school uniform supplier. From now, Nationwide School Uniforms (NSU) is a new approved provider and is available immediately for families wishing to purchase uniform.

✅ Lower prices and better value
✅ Fast online ordering and delivery
✅ Pop‑up shops at the academy coming soon

Our current supplier, Chroma Sport, will continue to supply uniform until October 2026, so families can use either supplier during this transition period.

From October 2026, NSU will become our sole provider.

This change has been made to help make school uniform more affordable and accessible for all families.

Please note that Nationwide School Uniforms will be closed over the Easter holiday so our team can enjoy some well-earned rest.

Holiday Hours:

• Good Friday – Closed
• Saturday – Closed
• Easter Sunday – Closed
• Easter Monday – Closed

We will reopen on Tuesday 7th at 8:00 AM
