'Mending tears, pulling teeth(metal zip to make it shorter) reshaping collar/rever, removing and repositioning side zips and shortening jeans! All in a weeks work, there were other alterations too but still working on them.

Just one of last week's darning jobs, at least there is no longer a hole in the elbow!
A small repair job like this can take hours & hours as its basically a small section of similar wool that has to be woven in bit by bit. Time just whizzes by so quite a few cups of tea are drunk and slowly the hole is no longer a hole, not exactly neat but definitely mended!
