Through the newly launched LEGO® Fan CoLab, adult LEGO fans come together to share their creativity and passion through events, exhibitions, collaborative builds, creative challenges and much more.

We are excited to be part of this global community—and look forward to continuing to build, share and connect!

Being part of the new Fan CoLab will enable us to share even more LEGO fun with our members and the public. Stay tuned.

Your entry fee not only covers your entry to Didcot Railway Centre, but includes Brick Adventures too, so you get two events for the price of one. It's a great day out for all the family.

Come and see Brick Adventures at Didcot Railway Centre. Our carriage shed will be transformed into a sea of colour with tons of talented exhibitors, vendors and robot battles. Unlimited train rides for all and we have the largest collection of Great Western artefacts in the world.

Looking for something to do at the upcoming bank holiday weekend? A lot of our members are displaying at this fabulous new show in Barrow Hill.

Celebrating the 60th anniversary of Lego© Trains with designs from every era, and the largest number of railway-themed displays ever seen at a UK bricks event. In total there will be 43 different displays with themes including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney and Ted Lasso, some of which have never been seen on the brick exhibition circuit before. The displays, including one more than 100 feet long, will be set up around the Roundhouse site, creating an atmospheric and unique backdrop for the show.

Built by Fans

Every display starts with an idea.
Our builders spend hundreds of hours creating incredible LEGO® models to share with thousands of visitors.

And then they can become real LEGO Sets.
Over the last two years we had previous Fan Designer at our show, with Ben Alder - Creator of the Winnie the Pooh House, and Simon Scott - Creator of The Nightmare before Christmas set.

And now Victoria is only a few hundred votes short to get her Buffy The Vampire Slayer Library into the review to potentially become a real LEGO set.

The Great Western Brick Show 2026

The UK’s longest-running brick show returns to STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway, Swindon, on 10–11 October 2026.

Discover more than 100 original fan-built LEGO® displays, from enormous collaborative creations and detailed cities to castles, spacecraft, vehicles, trains and engineering projects.

This year also celebrates 10 years of Robot Battles, with live tournaments throughout the weekend. Follow hundreds of balls around a spectacular 36-metre Great Ball Contraption, meet the builders and enjoy hours of hands-on activities where visitors can build, race, control and create.

With so many displays and activities to discover, many visitors spend all day or even the whole weekend exploring the event. Your ticket also includes full entry to STEAM, bringing together LEGO® creativity and real railway history for a complete family day out.

The Great Western Brick Show is powered by Brickish, the UK-wide LEGO® User Group, and is held in aid of Swindon Children’s Scrapstore—supporting creativity, education and imaginative play in the local community.
