I was asked to find a way to stop some panniers from flapping when riding. (Formally it was a hole with scissors and cable ties)
They are used on 2 bikes so wanted to make them adjustable.
A little bank holiday leather work.

So its been pretty quite on here, however it was my end of year following the last show so had to do all the adult bits ...

So its been pretty quite on here, however it was my end of year following the last show so had to do all the adult bits (expenses, accounting etc, the boring s**t) but Just to keep you in the loop I'm currently working on a new and improved website (thanks for the feedback) which should be live in the early part of 2026.

BTW i am still making but been more playing than actual pieces to see what can be done.
