What do you think, can clothing affect your mood?

First and foremost I wanted to listen to you guys and hear what you needed. I’ve been really interested in how we might support mood through clothing, especially when 1/3 of young women experience anxiety and depression.

For my masters project I’m studying this further so if this is of interest to you, message me to be part of interviews and focus groups.

I’m also bringing in more initiatives to create feel good clothing. As soon as I’m completely happy with the finish, I will start offering the personalised affirmation labels I showed you a while ago.
