Is your little one ready for a High Back Booster?

When you bought your first car seat for you baby, how did you go about it?

Did you buy the one that came with your pram by default?

Did you "upgrade" to a different baby seat as part of a bundle?

Did you choose a carrier seat independant of a bundle?

Or did you go for a seat that stayed in the car, vs a carrier that also fits on a pram

I would love to know!

PRODUCT RECALL ALERT – MAXI-COSI FAMILYFIX SLIDE PRO BASE ⚠️🚨

Parents, grandparents and carers are urged to check whether they own a Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Slide Pro Base following an official product recall.

The recall affects certain bases manufactured between 6 September 2025 and 24 March 2026.

The issue relates to the installation indicator, which may incorrectly display a green confirmation even when the child car seat is not fully attached to the base.

This could lead users to believe the seat is securely connected when it is not, increasing the risk of movement or detachment in a collision.

If you own a Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Slide Pro Base:

❌ Stop using the product immediately

🔍 Check whether your base is affected

📞 Follow the instructions provided by Maxi-Cosi regarding the recall
