🦋🦋 I noticed a lone crocus has shown its beautiful head in my garden amongst the showers. It is the same gorgeous iridescent purple 💜💜💜 as the raffia I used to make a beach bag last year. I’m loving taking the time to notice the signs of spring and reflect them in my craft 🦋🦋

🦋🦋 Today I saw the positive wellbeing benefits of crafting right there first hand. A lady at my Future Living Hertford craft club shared she’d had a really tough week and didn’t expect to achieve much today. Her hands were shaking and she didn’t really look like she wanted to be there.

I set her the challenge of just crocheting one chain stitch. After showing her how to do it she was off!! 🧶🧶

By the end of the session she’d crocheted a chain of about 50cm. 🧶🧶She said she was so much calmer and her hands had stopped shaking. 💗💗💗What an amazing achievement!! 🦋🦋
