Pelvic floor and Prosecco….

This evening I attended a talk at Leamington Rugby Club given by the incredibly knowledgeable

To say that she’s blown my mind is an understatement. I think, without exception that all the attendees had “lightbulb” moments while listening to Deborah speak so passionately about the female human body pelvic floor health and a variety of related issues.

I would absolutely recommend attending one of her talks in future. She’s definitely someone we’d love to see at a future event.

Sequin party wear….

The shops are full of it right now but do you need anything new? 🤔
I for one won’t be buying any new sequins, I will rewear and restyle the ones I already have.

If you do need a party piece there are lots of preloved pieces available on many preloved sites and also in charity shops.

I wear sequins all year round as for me they’re not just for Christmas.
Many of these pieces I’ve had for years or are preloved.

Yesterday I wore a black sequin dress which i’d added a feather hem to with an oversized jumper and boots as a daytime outfit. While I appreciate it’s not something everyone would wear to work, it works for me.
