I love the cream and black, the beautiful patterns, the fringed belt. The Guri cardigan by Scarlett Poppies is exactly how I want to dress on cooler days: relaxed, warm, with a little character. I’d wear it with dark denim and boots, belt loosely tied, ready to walk around Athens.

A famous name on a label has never been enough for me.
I want to know what I am buying. The fabric, the work, the people behind it. And whether I will still want to wear it years from now.
I love fashion. But I believe we should question it, too. Read the composition. Ask who made it. Look beyond the campaign. Buy what you need and truly love, and take care of it.
These are the values I want to keep building Nomad around. There is always more to learn, and more to do.

Introducing ✨NOMAD BRIDGES✨—a new series of gatherings at our Athens flagship, bringing artists, designers and our community together through craftsmanship, art, handmade traditions and meaningful conversation.
For our first edition, we welcome Berlin-based designer Aleksandra Viktor, whose contemporary pieces celebrate the extraordinary tradition of handwoven textiles from Uzbekistan. Every creation carries the hands, history and knowledge of the women who made it.

It was a great honour to be invited by ApexBrasil as a VIP buyer for this very special B2B programme dedicated to independent Brazilian artisans.

In one intense and inspiring day, I had private meetings with 28 incredible makers from across Brazil. The following day, we attended the opening of the ApexBrasil pavilion at MAISON&OBJET in Paris, beautifully curated by Bruno SimĂľes under the theme Brasil Nostalgic.

In these pictures, I am speaking with Amanda from A M a r e s about her extraordinary creations made from piaçava. Through her work, she trains and creates opportunities for artisans in her home state of Ceará—transforming a native material into pieces full of identity, beauty and purpose.

This experience reminded me exactly why Nomad exists: to discover remarkable hands, stories and traditions—and help them travel further.

Thank you, ApexBrasil, Bruno Simões and the entire team for the invitation, the trust and the opportunity to encounter such an extraordinary Brazil. (…stories and traditions that I will proudly bring from Brazil to the Mediterranean!)
