華盛頓大學研究發現：人聰不聰明，除了先天性遺傳因素外，媽媽跟孩子後天的相處感情連結，也是大腦發育過程中重要的因素。如果有媽媽感情支持，小孩子在成長過程中，13歲的大腦海馬體也就是影響記憶及學習的區域，會比沒有媽媽陪伴遊玩的小孩大10%。先天遺傳機率影響大腦的40-60%，故後天環境因素對培育大腦發展很重要。

每天父母跟孩子玩30分鐘亮立方=30分鐘大腦鍛煉。
