We understand the importance of originality, hence, all the products crafted by us are original. We also introduce interesting and unique items, these two categories of product will be labeled differently. You may refer to the product description for details. Gemstones and pearls are naturally formed and each piece will have its own unique shape and pattern. The materials used in each product will be indicated in the product description. Most accessories are made of 925 sterling silver, 14K gold plating, and 18K gold plating. At our store, we firmly believe in transparency, so our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, we kindly ask that all orders be placed before production begins.

"Customization Policy"
Share your requirements or desired crystal effects, and our store owner will design a personalized produce for you. Provide the following information:
Gemstones preferences (effects/color, etc.) Style preferences (elastic cord/lobster clasp/magnetic clasp)
Texture of decorations (14K gold/ 925 sterling silver)
Preferred style (round and soft style/square and edgy style)
Wrist size (please measure with a soft measuring tape and send a photo to us)
The bracelet will be adjusted according to each person's wrist size, so the quantity of gemstones and accessories will vary, but it will not affect the design. The gemstones are sourced from different locations, slight differences are normal. Price changes are subject to updates based on the fluctuation of material costs. If customers inquire about the price before the price change, the original provided price will still stand.
*Default wrist size is 15cm.*
*There will not be any modification to the style once final confirmations are made by both parties *
