This is not the first time that this has happened with this person and others too.. but I have so many of you that always pay and show up for bits you've ordered and for ye I'm greatful❤️
So just a little message for everyone that PERSONALISED orders will have to be paid for in advance if you are a new customer/ordering for the first time, as I simply cannot keep giving the benefit of the doubt and then ending up with stuff I cannot sell on after!
