Bababou is a design company based in Donegal, Ireland - Home to the mid century modern organic Hugg Crib. Our ethos is simple, to produce beautiful products in response to the needs of parents and babies in the most sustainable, and transparent means possible. We only use wood that has been certified to FSC standards, water based varnish with low VOCs and natural textile materials such as cotton, bamboo and Irish linen. We strongly believe in products that are designed and made to last generations – the antithesis of the throw away culture. Based on a simple aesthetic, high quality craftsmanship, and functional design.
