Got it done! This really shows how knowing the basics of using a sewing machine can open the door to so many quick fixes within your wardrobe and home. We have further ‘Intro to Sewing’ workshops for beginners coming up in September and October. It’s a great quick intro to sewing along with great chats and a yummy scone break.

A month of no workshops but lots of scheduling, room booking and a well overdue trip to London. I do miss London, so much to see and to be inspired by, lovely to pop into some@old fabs such as Macculloch & Wallis and Fan Newtrimmings Ltd and a first time visitor to the inspiring Petersham Nurseries…if I could run sewing glasses in a glasshouse full of flowers 💕

Here we go again...Finally ready to kick off 2026 classes with a NEW DATE for our popular Beginners Intro to Sewing Workshop taking place in Sandymount on Sunday, May 24th. Always a great afternoon spent relaxing and getting to know the sewing machine.
