Delighted to have won the Irish Patchwork Society’s (Eastern Branch) Christmas wreath challenge. His hat is made from old men’s silk ties (charity shop) and hand embroidered with metallic thread. His face is made from my hand dyed pillowcase, and his delicious beard is a large quantity of 100% wool felt spirals carefully cut out and hand stitched on. I love him.
